Everything could have turned out differently for Virginie if she had followed the path laid out for her by her bachelor’s degree in Criminology. But the Universe (even though she firmly believes that the Universe has nothing to do with it and we are all the makers of our own destiny…but that’s another topic) clearly had a different fate lined up for her. After earning a Certificate in Journalism and a Master’s degree in International Studies, Virginie became a reporter with Journal de Montréal, and then an intern for Radio-Canada’s Une Heure sur Terrebroadcast. Her path then took her to Toronto, Winnipeg and Vancouver as a TV correspondent for Radio-Canada. Next she packed her bags and headed back to Montreal, where she was hired as a reporter for TVA’s6 o’clock and 10 o’clock evening news. In 2012 came yet another twist of fate! She was hired as a Producer by internationally renowned advertising agency Sid Lee. In her time there, she specialized in Branded Content and alsotaught a marketing course at ETS in Montreal. Today, she runs her own successful business producing creative content for a wide range of major clients. Virginie can best be described as a highly motivated meticulous and efficient person who lets nothing get her in way!
